OKEGOAL.COM - Raphael Varane was the hero of Manchester United's victory over Wolverhampton Wanderers. Bruno Fernandes confirmed that the goal did not improve in training!
The competition at Old Trafford, Tuesday (15/8/2023) in the morning, the Red Devils won 1-0 against Wolverhampton. After equalizing in the first half, Varane scored to break the deadlock in the 76th minute.

This attack scheme, called Bruno Fernandez, has not been refined in practice. MU rarely includes Varane during attacks in open play situations during training.
Bruno Fernandes told the BBC: “Rafa (Varane) was there, we don't usually train with him in the penalty area (on the ball), but he was there and scored. We are very happy about that.”
“Once again, it's very important to start the match winning. It gives you confidence for the next match. Now it's about resting and training well for the next match,” he added.
Regarding the game for Wolves, Bruno Fernandes was also praised. He said, “Wolves have quality. A good team. With a new coach, they play a little differently, like Bournemouth last season.”
